Coach ISM is a product of the brand agap2IT. This is an individual system for football coaches, more accessible and personal. Coaches can organize their work in the same location, without having to restart every time they change clubs and Coach ISM is the solution for them.
All personal data provided will be treated with the guarantee of security and confidentiality required by the legal framework about the protection of personal data.
This policy seeks to define how the personal data of users of the Coach ISM website are treated.
Similarly, agap2IT, as the managing body of the Coach ISM website, is required to comply with this policy in accordance with the obligations of Regulation 2016/679/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, on the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as "the Regulation").
In this sense, agap2IT seeks to ensure that the Coach ISM website complies with the legal obligations of the Regulation and that the personal data of its customers, potential customers, and any other data subjects whose personal data they process during their business are processed in accordance with the regulatory and legal standards in force and are stored securely.
